Shipping, Cancellation and Return Policies
Evil Eye Gift Shop ships your items via UPS or United States Postal Services (USPS). When you click on "Order
now" button, you will be taken to our "Order Form" page. In the "Order Form" page, you can pick which ever
shipping method is more convenient for you. UPS will automatically calculate the shipping cost and add it to your
total. You can always track your shipment through the tracking number that will be provided by UPS. We ship
anywhere around the world that UPS and USPS service.
For other domestic (US) and international orders, the items will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days.
If orders are placed on a Friday or a day before a holiday, the items will be shipped the following business day.
If you request a rush delivery, please make sure to write a note on the "Payment Page", under "Comments box".
Please make sure to provide either a contact phone number or e-mail. Although it is not guaranteed to ship the
items right away, Evil Eye Gift Shop will do its best to meet your requirements and expectations.

Cancellation Policy: All orders may be canceled by 5 pm on the ordering day free of charge by e-mailing us. For
any order that is canceled after 5 pm, will incur a 10% cancellation fee to cover credit card fees, processing fees
and packaging costs.
Damaged Orders: Although it is very unlikely that you would receive any damaged merchandise, because our
extreme care in packaging each order, we understand that shipping accidents may happen. In case you get any
damaged merchandise, you will need to notify us within 3 days of receipt of merchandise by phone or email. Please
make sure to check for any damage as soon as you receive your merchandise, and notify us immediately for
necessary procedures. We will issue you an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) by phone or
e-mail. We will then ship you a replacement product, or credit your account for the full price. You will not be
responsible for the return shipping cost.
Return Policy: NO RETURNS ALLOWED WITHOUT A VALID RMA # (Call Customer Service at
1-671-481-9935)Earrings are not returnable due to hygienic reasons.
We are committed to your satisfaction, and will happily process your return accordingly to our policies, but please
follow our procedures. If you are dissatisfied in any way with your purchase from Evil Eye Gift Shop, you have 7
days from the day of purchase to return it for a credit or exchange.
To ensure that you are properly credited, YOU MUST FIRST CONTACT evileyegiftshop.com to obtain a Return
Authorization Number which must be displayed on the outside of the package. No return is accepted without an RMA
number. A Return Authorization Form must be completed. A copy of this form should be included with the return
package, and a second copy of this form should be emailed to customerservices@evileyegiftshop.com along with
the tracking number of the package.
We will then email you a Return Authorization Number, which is good for 10 days. Please be certain that returned
merchandise is in original condition and in its original carton.
The undamaged product must be returned prepaid, safely wrapped and protected from shipping damage, complete
with original product packaging. Evileyegiftshop.com will provide a refund for a complete return meeting these terms
minus the restocking fee, otherwise the refund will be issued based on the condition of the returned product and
value of missing items. Please understand that we cannot accept goods that are returned incomplete or in
obviously "used" condition. Returns are inspected and processed within 2 to 4 weeks of receipt, and refunds are
credited or mailed within 2 weeks of processing.
A 15% restocking fee is applied to cover our return processing, credit card fees, packing, shipping, and other
restocking expenses unless an error is made by us. We will normally waive restocking charges for exchanges if a
replacement order of equal or greater value is placed for the same or another product from our online store.
Sales Tax: Only Massachusetts residents are charged a 5% sales tax.

GIFT CERTIFICATE GUIDELINES:
- Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash.
- Redemption value not to exceed the value purchased.
- Certificates are sent directly to the recipient in an e-mail right after purchase, and can be used immediately.
- Gift Certificates are valid until December 31, 2008.
- If you choose the gift certificate to be mailed to the recipient, it will be mailed with USPS within the same business day of the purchase in addition to be emailed.
- Gift Certificates can be used to purchase any merchandise displayed at EvilEyeGiftShop.com
HOW TO REDEEM A GIFT CERTIFICATE:
- Once you've selected your items, click on checkout.
- On the Shipping Form, you'll see a field that says "Enter the Coupon or Gift Certificate Code." Make sure that you enter the complete gift
certificate code. It must start with the "@" sign.
- If you have more than one gift certificate, you can enter all of the codes separated by commas.
- If you have enough funds on the gift certificate to cover the cost of your order you won't be required to enter any payment information.
- If you don't have enough funds on your gift certificate to cover your entire order, you will be required to pay the remaining balance.
